97 Builders is a locally owned general contractor based in Bend, and the self-perform and trade contracting arm of Overland Company. We work the length of the Highway 97 corridor, across all of Central Oregon’s communities.

With a recent change in ownership, we’re continuing to build on the company’s foundation while bringing our own experience, standards, and vision to the work. We remain locally owned and operated, serving Central Oregon with a focus on quality craftsmanship, dependable service, and lasting relationships.

From pre-engineered metal buildings and structural framing to steel fabrication, tenant improvements, and finish work, we offer a wide range of commercial construction services under one roof. Our capabilities allow us to serve as a one-stop shop for general contractors and property owners, handling everything from the structural work to the final details.
