New construction
New residential structures, framed by the same crews that carry our commercial steel and framing work, then finished by one contractor rather than a chain of them.
Additions
New square footage tied into an existing structure — the roofline, the foundation, the load path and the envelope all have to meet what is already there. Structural framing is carried by our own crews.
Opening up a floor plan
Removing structure means replacing it. Because our own crews carry framing and steel fabrication, the beam and the carpentry are one conversation rather than two.
Tying new to old
Matching roof pitch, siding, trim and window lines so the addition reads as part of the house — and stays weather-tight where the two meet.
