Commercial

A general contractor that self-performs.

We work for growing businesses, investors and general contractors across Central Oregon, as the general contractor or as a self-performing subcontractor. Our commercial specialties are critical path in nature, which is what lets us carry a project rather than coordinate one.

Capabilities

One stop, start to finish.

01

General contracting

We take projects as the general contractor, and because the structural scopes are ours the schedule has fewer hands in it.

02

Tenant improvements

Interior build-outs and refreshes for businesses moving into a space or reworking the one they have — demolition, framing, flooring, paint, millwork, kitchen and service areas.

03

Pre-engineered metal buildings

An efficient route to industrial, storage, shop or production space. If you are weighing a metal building against conventional construction, that is a conversation worth having early.

04

Steel fabrication & erection

Fabricated and set by our own crews, tied straight into the framing scope.

05

Structural framing & carpentry

Self-performed, through to finish carpentry.

06

Property maintenance services

Ongoing repair, improvement and turnover work for commercial property owners and the companies that manage them.

One-stop shop for general contractors and property owners. We can take the whole project as the general contractor, step in as the self-performing sub on someone else’s schedule, or keep a building working with maintenance after it closes. The steel, framing and carpentry are ours, and we handle everything from the structural work to the final details.

Who we work with

Three kinds of client.

Different priorities, different conversations.

01

Growing businesses

You have signed a lease or outgrown a space and need it working. The priority is a date you can plan around and a build that does not interrupt trading any longer than it has to.

02

Investors & property owners

The building is an asset. The priority is scope that holds its value, honest condition reporting, and a contractor who will keep taking the maintenance calls after the project closes.

03

General contractors

You need a sub who actually self-performs. Steel, framing and carpentry are carried by our own crews, so there are fewer handoffs on your critical path and one number to call when the sequence moves.
